Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Kamya Global, we value our clients and strive to provide the best service. Below are the conditions under which cancellations and refunds can be made.

1. Cancellation Policy

Service-Based Projects
  • Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of ordering, provided that no work has commenced.
  • From 24 hours or after work has started, cancellations will not be accepted.
Monthly/Retainer Services
  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the upcoming billing cycle.
  • Requests made after this time will be for the forthcoming billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

  • No Refund Upon Delivery of Service: No refunds are issued once a service has been delivered or when a digital product has been provided.
  • Work Not Started: In cases where no work has been started on a prepaid service, there may be a partial or complete refund upon internal evaluation.
  • Project Delay or Failure: Where we are unable to provide the service due to internal reasons, a partial or full refund may be issued.
  • Client Dissatisfaction: If you are not content with a service, reach us within 3 days of completion. We shall attempt to solve the issue, but refunds are not guaranteed except where terms have been violated.
